» What is the annual HOA assessment?

As of July 1, 2013 it is $220/year.

 

» When is the HOA assessment due?

The assessment is for a 12 month period starting July 1 of each year. So, the assessment is due by July 1 each year.

 

» Where do I send my HOA assessment?

Please send a check made out to “Haverhill HOA” to HHOA, PO Box 422, West Linn, OR 97068

 

» When is the annual Haverhill HOA meeting held?

Generally it is held in June.

 

» Where do I send the ACC review request form?

» How can the CCRs be changed?

The CCRs can be modified by a majority of the HOA members (property owners of record).
