The assessment is due June 1 of each year.

» When is the annual Haverhill HOA meeting held?

Generally, it is held in July or August.

 

» Where do I send the ACC review request form to ensure household upgrades or repairs are in compliance with the CC&Rs?

E-mail or hand deliver the request form to an ACC member or mail it to Haverhill HOA, PO Box 422, West Linn, OR 97068

 

» How can the CC&Rs be changed?

The CC&Rs can be modified by a majority of the HOA members (property owners of record).
